How long does shipping take?
I do my best to get your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 3-5 business days.

Yes, but only through our Etsy storefront.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at help@shireshenanigans.com to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you find that you already purchased that minder, or did so by accident, we’re happy to process an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Contact us to get started.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo at help@shireshenanigans.com within 10 days, and we’ll make it right.
